3. Consumables↑top

3.1. Food

You should always eat food that gives you Agility. You will be granted:

• 300 Agility by Sea Mist Rice Noodles, Seasoned Pomfruit Slices, or Pandaren Treasure Noodle Soup;
• 275 Agility by Valley Stir Fry, Deluxe Noodle Soup, Banquet of the Wok, or Great Banquet of the Wok;
• 250 Agility by Sauteed Carrots, Noodle Soup, or any of other banquets.

3.2. Flask

Your flask should be a Flask of Spring Blossoms.

3.3. Potion

During the encounter, your best choice for a potion will be Virmen's Bite.

4. Summing-up Profession Perks↑top

Choosing a profession for your Enhancement Shaman can impact your raidperformance. As a rule, you should shy away from gathering professions (withthe exception of Herbalism), which leaves the following viable professions forraiding:

Blacksmithing	Provides a 320 Agility or a 640 Mastery Rating gain through two extra sockets, Socket Bracer and Socket Gloves, in which you can fit 2 Delicate Primordial Ruby or 2 Fractured Sun's Radiance.
Jewelcrafting	Provides a 320 Agility gain through the ability of using 2 Delicate Serpent's Eye.
Alchemy	Provides an 320 Agility gain to your flask through Mixology.
Enchanting	Provides a 320 Agility gain through Enchant Ring - Greater Agility.
Engineering	Provides +1,920 Agility for 10 seconds every minute through Synapse Springs (the overall gain is +320 Agility).
Inscription	Provides a 320 Agility gain through Secret Tiger Claw Inscription.
Leatherworking	Provides a 320 Agility gain through Fur Lining - Agility. Also provides Primal Leg Reinforcements, a much cheaper equivalent to Shadowleather Leg Armor, the traditional leg enchant.
Tailoring	Provides +1000 Attack Power in average through Swordguard Embroidery, instead of +180 Critical Strike from Enchant Cloak - Superior Critical Strike and +180 Hit from Enchant Cloak - Accuracy.
Herbalism	Provides a 480 Haste Rating gain in average through Lifeblood.

Engineering is currently the best profession for Enhancement Shamans, as itprovides you with Synapse Springs, which you can lineup every 3 minutes with Ascendance, for increased benefits. The rest ofthe time, you should use Synapse Springs on cooldown.For your second profession, any of the passive Agility gain will do.

When you obtain a RPPM Trinket from Tier 15, the value of Haste increasessignificantly and it causes Herbalism to become your best profession, followed byEngineering.
