Arcane Brilliance	Increases the Spell Power of all party and raid members by 10% — does not stack with Still Water, Burning Wrath, and Dark Intent Increases the Critical Strike Chance of all party and raid members by 5% — does not stack with Leader of the Pack, Fearless Roar Furious Howl, Still Water, Terrifying Roar, and Legacy of the White Tiger
Time Warp	Equivalent of Heroism and Bloodlust
Utility
Counterspell	Interrupt and silence, 24-second cooldown
Remove Curse	Removes all Curse effects from a friendly target (8-second cooldown)
Spellsteal	Enemy Dispell, steal beneficial effect
Crowd Control
Frostfire Bolt	Slow, single-target
Cone of Cold	Slow, conic area of effect
Blizzard	Slow, AoE effect
Frost Nova	Root, 8-second duration and 10-yard radius area of effect
Dragon's Breath	AoE Interrupt, also disorients targets but does not work against raid bosses
Deep Freeze	Stun, 5-second duration, only works on frozen targets
Polymorph	Incapacitate, 50-second duration
Survival
Blink	Teleport forward 20 yards
Ice Block	10-second immunity
Invisibility	Threat reset and 20-second invisibility
Mirror Image	This spell can be used to prevent a wipe when the tank dies and you are the next player on the aggro list. In this case, the boss will attack the images and waste a few useful seconds during which the boss can be killed or the tank resurrected.
